Our slogan, ”recreation of reality” is based upon the fact that most of our business is related to recording, storing, analysing and recreating  important information for our customers, enabling them to qualify and recreate information or a complete situation to get the real “picture“ of the past, like “who said what to whom and when”.  This is being utilized in many different environments in both the private and public sector, such as the emergency services, bank and finance, aviation, governmental entities, call centres and any companies using computers where the need to recreate their clients data or data servers.

Most of these customers are operating accordingly to complex laws and regulations in addition to the fact that they have very complex technical solutions. A lot of these systems are operating in a technical environment with integration to networks, telecom and security systems often supplied and maintained from several independent companies. This gives the customers in both the private and public sector several challenges not known just a few years ago, when every system “lived their own life”.

A common factor of these challenges and problems is that there are gaps or holes that are not identified or covered by any of the regular service providers. This is where Racom with our wide range of experience from many different sectors of technology and business environment can help out.

Another challenge is how a business entity is qualified and prepared to handle all the needs within their own organisation relating to data- and information security.
